The Boy Who Fell Into A Book

This was the first production of this play. The score was written during rehearsals and performed by musician Simon Cryer. This recording has been created from some of the pre-recorded sections that I made to enhance the arrangements live. There were lots of different styles in the score to enhance the different stories that the main character fell into. A particular favourite was the children’s song that I created for the Wooblie family. A series of giant colourful Teletubbie like characters from a book for toddlers that Kevin fell into by mistake.

World Premiere (play): 4 December 1998
Venue: Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough
